You have been invited to be a guest on the "Yours Curiously" a podcast for <provide a description of the Podcast>.
Please read this Podcast Guest Release carefully. It contains important information about how your interview content will be managed.
Your consent to this Podcast Guest Release is required to proceed with being a guest on "Yours Curiously". Please sign and return this Release or address any questions you have to info@curiousme.com.au.

This Release Agreement is made and entered into this date, by and between Curious Me and Co Pty Ltd (ACN: 64 651 453 968, (the "Podcast Host", the "Podcaster") and you, (the "Guest") and is a legally binding document.

The Podcast Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. RECORDING & DISTRIBUTION
As a Guest of the Yours Curiously (the "Podcast"), the Guest consents to:
1.1 The audio and video recording of their voice, name, and image as part of their appearance on the Podcast.
1.2 To the distribution and broadcast of their voice, image, appearance, including any information and content they provide, by the Podcaster in audio, video, or text form without restriction.

2. PAYMENT
2.1 The Guest agrees that no financial compensation is offered to or expected by the Guest for their appearance on the Podcast.

3. EDITING & ALTERATION
3.1 The Guest further acknowledges and agrees that the Podcaster has the right to edit the content of their Podcast appearance and publish the same in any media now and in the future without first obtaining the Guest's approval.
3.2 The Podcaster may, at its sole discretion, produce presentations or publications based in whole or in part upon audio interview (or any portions thereof) and/or a video or audio recordings or photographs of said interview, and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online, or in any manner of/or media, including but not limited to promoting the Podcast or streaming audio program.

4. RIGHT OF APPROVAL
4.1 The Guest agrees they have no right of approval and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of or in connection with any use of material provided by the Guest or of the audio and video recordings.

5. OBLIGATION TO PROMOTE
5.1 Nothing contained in this Podcast Guest Release shall be construed to obligate Podcaster to use, market or promote the Podcast recordings or materials provided by the Guest whatsoever. Any such activity is at the Podcaster's sole discretion.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 The Guest grants the Podcaster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to publish any copyrighted work they supply as part of their appearance on the Podcast.
6.2 The Guest waives absolutely any intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, trademark and copyright infringement claims associated with personal or business interests discussed during their appearance on the Podcast.
6.3 The Guest waives absolutely any right to publicity and privacy claims and agrees their name, likeness, and business information may be used by Podcaster in the episode in which they appear and future reproductions and the marketing materials supporting Podcast in general.
6.4 The Podcaster is the sole owner of all rights to the Podcast, including the episode in which the Guest appears.

7. LIABILITY RELEASE
7.1 The Guest releases and discharges the Podcaster together along with all of the Podcaster's principals, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their appearance on the Podcast or the subsequent reproduction and distribution of the episode in which they appear in any medium.

8. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
8.1 The Guest agrees that during the Podcast interview, they will not violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that they will defend and hold "Yours Curiously" / Curious Me and Co Pty Ltd harmless and without indemnity against any such claims.

9. GOVERNING LAW
The Terms and Conditions in this Agreement are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

10. The Guest warrants and represents that they have the right to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights granted to "Yours Curiously" / Curious Me and Co Pty Ltd under this Release.

11. The Guest agrees this Release shall be binding upon them and their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
