Media Release
This Media Release applies to children’s play services provided by Curious Me & Co Pty Ltd (“Curious Me”).

When you agree to this Media Release, you do so on your behalf and that of your child or your children who are participating in Curious Me play programs and events.

CONSENT AND RELEASE TERMS:

Grant of Rights: The Participant hereby grants the Curious Me the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, or other media content featuring the Participant (the "Media Content") for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional, educational, and commercial purposes.

Duration of Rights: The rights granted herein shall be perpetual and worldwide, commencing on the effective date of this Agreement.

Release and Waiver: The Participant hereby releases and discharges Curious Me, its agents, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media Content.

Minor Participants: If the Participant is a minor, the undersigned parent or legal guardian hereby grants the rights and agrees to the terms on behalf of the minor Participant.

No Compensation: The Participant acknowledges that no monetary or other compensation shall be payable for the use of the Media Content as contemplated by this Agreement.

Electronic Signature: By providing my electronic signature below, I confirm my understanding and agreement with the terms outlined in this Electronic Media Consent and Release Agreement.
