Curious Communities: Berrinba East State School

The Australian Institute of Play, Logan Together, The Salvation Army Communities for Children, First 5 Foreverand Mums n’ Bubs Logan have joined forces to bring Curious Communities to The Family Place, Eagleby South State School and Berrinba East State School.

Get ready for 10 sessions of play, that vary between Saturday, Wednesday after school play and School Holiday play opportunities at Berrinba East State School! Available to the community free of charge. With a focus on child directed play, Curious Communities will provide opportunities for sensory and messy play, risky and adventure play, story and rhyme time.

Berrinba East State School is generously hosting this program, opening their amazing Loose Parts Play Play to the community. Join us for creativity, connection and community.

We suggest not coming too dressy and wearing clothing that can get messy! Bring a spare change of clothes, towel, hat, water bottle and morning tea. As a Nature Play based program, we do go ahead in wet weather. In the unlikely event the session is cancelled due to extreme wet weather, you will be contacted via email (please check Junk / Spam folders).
